Sahili offers the full suite of computational assessment, ranging from desk-based studies applying analytical techniques, to fully 3D numerical modelling.

Our numerical modelling skills cover all aspects of both engineering design, and environmental assessment. 

Typical coastal studies involve:

• Offshore metocean data collation and analysis for climates and extremes
• Wave propagation to nearshore
• Wave tranquility (disturbance) for marinas, ports, harbours, jetties.
• Hydrodynamic modelling (tides, wind- and wave-driven circulations)
• Transport and dispersion of chemicals, and pollutants
• Sediment transport and deposition (for example in dredged channels and fairways)
• Beach transport and shoreline evolution and stability

We also offer advisory in numerical modelling including scoping, debugging and troubleshooting in the application of numerical models.
